FREQUENTLY ASKED PARTY QUESTIONS
How early should I make a reservation?
You should make your reservation as early as possible to reserve a preferred time, date, or room. Many parents book their parties months in advance. While we can occasionally schedule a party on short notice (a week or two in advance), available times are limited and some dates may be completely full.
What do I need to do to make a reservation?
Book online by clicking the link above! You will need an email address and a credit or debit card to book online. You can also call or email the contact info above. We take some basic information and a $50 deposit when you make your reservation. The deposit can be paid by phone with a credit or debit card. This deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward your total party cost.
Is my deposit refundable?
We will refund deposits if you need to cancel your party, and do so at least 2 weeks before your scheduled party date. If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance, we can transfer your deposit to a new party date, but your deposit can't be refunded. If you don't show up for a reserved party, your deposit will not be refunded.
What is provided for $7/child?
Reserved tables with tablecloth, a gallon of punch or soda, and paper products for the children in attendance (party plate, cup, napkin, and silverware). We don't provide paper products for the adults in attendance. You may bring extras for the adults if you wish, or you can purchase additional packages of matching paper products for $2/package.
Can I bring my own paper products if my child wants a specific theme?
Yes!
What if we need more than one gallon of punch or soda?
You may purchase additional gallons of fountain punch or soda for $3/gallon, or you may purchase refrigerated 2 liters at the counter. No outside drinks or food other than cake should be brought into the center.
Can I bring our own pizza, soda, giant sub sandwich, chips, root beer floats?
The only outside food we allow is birthday cake/cupcakes, and only with reserved parties. No drinks or other food can be brought into the center. We sell pizza, nachos, popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream, and a large variety of kid friendly snacks and candy. If you'd like pizza or ice cream added to your party plans you may order the day of your party when you arrive.
Do I need to tell you how many kids will be coming to my party or give you a guest list?
No, we're ready for anything, and sign your guests in as they arrive so we get an accurate count.
What if I don't want to pay for my guests, but let them pay their own admission at the door?
It is rare that this sort of situation occurs, so please let us know this when you make your reservation. It is your responsibility to tell your party guests that they will be paying their own admissions at $7/child.
Are children under a certain age free?
Any child age 11 and under who will be playing on equipment is counted and charged as a guest.
If I have an infant or young child that needs me to accompany them through play equipment, is that allowed?
Absolutely not. Equipment is for use by children age 11 and under only. This is for the safety of all children. If your child is too small to go through equipment without your help, then they are likely too small to be in the equipment.
Are there any gifts that shouldn't be brought into the center for a party?
We ask that you not bring live pets, bikes, skateboards, scooters, rollerskates or blades, dart guns, or balls.
Can we have a clown, facepainter, juggler or magician at our Leapfrog party?
Yes, we need to know in advance, but you may have entertainers for your Leapfrog party. We may be able to help provide the names and numbers of local entertainers who work at Leapfrog parties regularly.
What should I bring?
You'll need your cake, candles, lighter, a utensil to cut/serve cake, and paper products for the adults who attend. It might also be a good idea to bring a few extra pairs of socks. Your guests will need socks to play, and it helps to have a spare pair in case someone forgets.
What should I NOT bring?
Please don't bring pinatas, silly string, champagne poppers, alcoholic beverages, or outside food or drink. At this time we do allow helium balloons to be brought into the center, but they must be anchored and remain at the party table or party room, not carried throughout the center, and never into play equipment.
How early can I arrive to set up?
You can arrive 15 minutes early if you need to set up your table or party room.
