How do I reserve a bounce house?

Book online anytime! You may also call 573-298-2014 as soon as possible to guarantee the bounce house you want is available when you want it.

A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due at delivery.

How long do I get to keep the inflatables?

Your rental is good for up to 8 hours. You can pay an additional amount of $25 for bounce houses and combos ($50 for water slides) to keep the item up to 12 hours in one day or you may pay $50 to keep a bounce house or combo till 5 pm the following day ($150 for water slides) Our customers typically fall into two groups.

Group 1 wants the inflatable delivered as early as possible and picked up as late as possible. (All pickups must be scheduled for completion before dark unless prior arrangements have been made)

Group 2 has there party or event from Noon to 4 and they want the inflatable picked at 4 so they can get all cleaned up and enjoy the rest of their day.

We can accommodate either group!

What if it rains?

Mid-Missouri has unpredictable weather! There is no penalty for canceling your reservation due to rain, high winds, or excessive heat. Your deposit will be fully refunded if either party decides that the weather isn't suitable for safe operation.

What time are your drop-off and pick-up times?

We drop-off rentals between 7:00-11:00 am. We pick-up between 5:00 - 8:00 pm. If you need specific drop-off and pick-up times other than those above, please let us know when you make your reservation, we will attempt to accommodate your request if possible. Pick up times usually, need to occur before sunset as the inflatables CAN collect dew on them making them unsafe.

Can we pick up the bouncer ourselves?

To ensure your safety and the safety of your guests, we do not allow customer pick-ups or set-ups.

What if we only need a 1/2 day rental?

Our prices are for a full day rental. We do not discount that price if you use the unit for a shorter period of time.

What will I need to operate an inflatable at our home?

All bouncers require a level area no more than 100 feet from a standard household electrical outlet. Water units require a garden hose that will reach from the water source to the inflatable. The site chosen should be free of sticks, rocks, debris, & animal waste. There should be no overhanging tree branches or power lines.

What safety rules should I follow?

Always follow the rules posted on each inflatable specific to that unit. The delivery person will also highlight these safety rules when the unit is set up.

Sales Tax?

Yes, we charge and remit sales tax on the lease portion of your rental as well as any additional travel charges per Missouri Department of Revenue rules. If your group is tax exempt, we need to have a copy of your tax exempt letter on file before payment is accepted.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Please let us know as soon as possible when you need to cancel a reservation. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled delivery will forfeit deposit.

If we attempt to deliver to your home and you cancel your rental, you will lose your deposit.

If we unload/setup at your rental site, your entire rental amount is due. No refunds will be given.

If we set-up and it rains later causing you to not be able to use your rental as you desired, no refunds will be given. In the case of a forecast of rain of 40% or more as predicted on the website, we allow you the chance to cancel your reservation with no penalty as long as we have not left our storage facility.
